Return Policy

This policy explains the number of events that might occur in the meantime while you get the parcel's delivery which could not be up to the mark and so the communication from both the sides (you and us) would be required. Although these are rare cases. The following reasons could be there that might need our intervention so as to resolve them soon as possible:

1. If your products get damaged in the middle of transmission and you get the broken container, which might be causing leakage.
2. You never get to see your package even if you wait for several weeks patiently.
3. You get something else instead of that what you bought.
4. You receive an expired product or the expiry date is very near.

We do not authorize the returns if you return back the products exceeding 30 days, or break the seal, i.e. don't send us back it in its original condition, or change your mind about using the products that you no longer need those. That is why we don't refund the money in such cases. Our customer care team check for the claim's genuineness through properly inspecting for everything. The refund process is started right after the successful inspection. Please note that while returning the products you will be liable for the shipping and handling charges. We only entertain returning back the original cost price of the products and no extra charges that you spend.

In case of receiving the wrong products, we will re-send the correct items without asking you paying anything more if we have those in stock. If we don't have in our stock, we will let you know about the same, giving you three options – 1) Wait for the product's arrival, or 2) Accept similar products, or 3) Ask for the refund.

In case you have entered the wrong or incomplete postal address and didn't get the products due to that, we won't be able to help you. You have to confirm the address with area (PIN) code and buy the same product(s) all over again.

Your credit card company may not reflect the money on the same date on which we do the refund. So, you need to talk with the concerning authorities if even after waiting for 15 to 20 days you do not receive the money.
